From New Jersey and New York:

1. Take I-87 N to I-287 East
2. Take exit 6
3. Make a right turn onto route 22, Broadway
4. Go approximately four traffic lights to Hamilton Avenue
5. Make a right onto Hamilton, but quickly get to the left
6. Turn left into White Plains Municipal Parking (Hamilton-Main Garage)
