From Newark Liberty Airport (EWR ):

1. Take New Jersey Turnpike North to I-80 East to George Washington Bridge
2. After crossing bridge, follow signs to Major Deegan Expressway/New York State Thruway/I-87 North
3. Take I-87 to Cross County Parkway exit
4. At this exit you will be on the service road to I-87; move quickly to the right and stay to the right as you make a right turn toward the first Cross County Parkway Entrance
5. Do not get onto the Cross County Parkway; instead bear right and follow signs to Bronx River Parkway North
6. Follow Bronx River Pkwy North to Main Street, White Plains exit
7. Follow Main Street about four blocks, then make a left onto Church Street
8. Before the end of the block, make a right turn into White Plains Municipal Parking (Hamilton-Main Parking Garage)
