From Long Island:

1. Take Throggs Neck Bridge
2. Bear Right to New England
3. Take exit 9N (Hutchinson Parkway)
4. Follow Hutchinson Parkway to exit 23N (Mamaroneck Ave)
5. At the end of the ramp, make a right
6. Take Mamaroneck Avenue several miles into the White Plains business district
7. At the end of Mamaroneck Avenue make a right onto Main Street (stay in left-hand lane)
8. Make IMMEDIATE left onto Church Street
9. Before the end of the block, make a right turn into White Plains Municipal Parking (Hamilton-Main Parking Garage)
